eye contact

hmm.. this is not about wearing contact lenses..Lol

i just realised i have problem looking at somebody in the eyes..
everytime i speak
i look elsewhere...pointing this.. looking at that...
just to avoid eye contact with the subject im communicating with
no idea why....
i just feel so scared when somebody look at me in the eye...
and i would say something funny to look away..or make him/her lookaway..
or probably laugh..

anybody knows why??

then people think im not respecting them..@@
