How malaysia works

How Malaysia works... everybody's talking bout it...(eh... Saturday IELTS test...muz formal abit rite?)

Pendahuluan:

I am a Malaysian. This is a country blessed with natural resources, tropical weather, a blend of cultures  and absence of natural disasters. Yes.
These seem like excellent conditions for a country to prosper and bloom. The truth is, Malaysia is far from being a developed country with the Malaysian
politicians clogging the progress of the country.

Isi-isi:

Malaysian politicians have a very effective way of doing things.
This is clearly shown in how they handle the zakaria
(i dont bother to spell your name correctly) case.
A man with more than 30 charges can escape without a scratch from the law, other than the destruction of his satay shop.
The local newspapers have no intentions of hiding it by displaying it
on the front page but no questions can be asked from those we pay with our taxes. The case mention above is only 1 of the million cases happening
in the same fashion. Authorities suing each other for involvement in corruption have no trouble getting away. Having closed door meetings when the topic gets too hot happens every time. The media controlled by political parties have always been blamed for giving wrong impressions to the public. This only implies two things, either the media reports have no standard at all or the politicians are trying to cover their error in speech with some
lame excuse.
What can the public do about this? Malaysia Boleh! This is translated as Malaysia can do it.

This is not news to the Malaysian citizens. The 'get me elected' technique used is always the same too. In the Chinese newspaper these days, our beloved Mr Chua emerges almost every day making various statements while he had not been seen making any noise for the
past few years.
This is definitely a sign that the elections are near. Most candidates of government exams will enjoy good grades for that year and all kinds of different gimmicks are used like sending policemen to patrol the streets of Johor Bahru when they don't even care for the past two years. While MCA is busy pleasing the Chinese, UMNO continues to please the more radical Malays by the holding Malaysian swords or Keris. Can they do something good for the country? We dint need a genius to answer that question.

Malaysian law enforcers are also famous for giving Malaysia a bad image. Corruption is obvious and the 'clean, efficient, and just' slogan from our dearest prime minister have no impact on the issue. Giving discounts to people who dint pay their summons is totally ridiculous.
The alarming crime rate also does not seem to be improving after so many so called operations were held. Crimes like robbing, theft, and rape happen everyday. Snatch thieves have not only snatched handbags but lives of many victims and what can our POLIS DIRAJA MALAYSIA do? What makes these crimes worst are the poor civic consciousness of the public. If you saw a person surrounded by 3 armed robbers, will you call the police or stand there as though it is none of your business? I really want to believe you would help by shouting or dialing 999.

Malaysia also have a habit of ignoring the constitution. A very special law exist in Malaysia. It is called the Internal Security Act. This is something that is totally opposite to democracy. Sensitive issues cannot be touched. Excluding the raising of keris of course. Malaysia with Islam as the national religion can be interpreted as being an Islamic country.
Special privileges for the Prince of Earth not Persia cannot be questioned.
History being re-written for textbooks in schools shows
how cowardly our administrators act. The truth of how our beloved Tun Razak causes chaos during May 13 in his fight for power was never told.Freedom of speech is almost non-existent in this country, even blogs are threatened by the ISA while the government shouts policies about multimedia corridors etc etc.

Kesimpulan:(
Dont give BN another chance to ruin our country. I can mention another 1000 ways they are doing just that but i just don't have the space.

Mayb in my next post?...LOL
